QWWEM is not about getting V-Shred.

QWWEM is all about the experience of sustainable quick exercises

for our party tunes, with a community and challenges.

I'm Balint, a former tennis player competing in Europe for 10 years.
A gym person for the following 5 years and 6 years ago, I moved

places with my wife to a location that had no gyms around. So I had to

create my own workout routines. Ever since, I've been doing quick workouts at home every working day.

And recently, a new father!

 

I have a full time job, lots of projects and no time for hour long workouts like it used to. I help people exercise during covid with electro music, so that they can relive the old party days and

taking care of their bodies with sustainable, quick workouts.

The longest lesson is 5:14 minutes long.
